I will give you a very good tips regarding breakfast. Berries! Berries is full with vitamin B, C, K and antioxidant which is very good for your body. Antioxidants protecting your heart from disease and reducing risk of cancer.

It’s low calories and super yum! Either I eat it just like above or with plain yoghurt and some honey, almost like a dessert 😉
